There is no charge for our initial consultation and assesment. During our first meeting we’ll discuss what your requirements are and determine what needs to be accomplished to make your move as stress-free as possible.

We’ll provide you with a price quote based on a reasonable hourly rate and/or a percentage of the proceeds from items sold through consignment or living estate sales.

The most important thing to realize is that in the majority of cases, our services pay for themselves by way of increased proceeds from the sale of downsized items.
